At this stage, UV Design Co provides a detailed Scope of Work to your contractor so they can begin preparing a project estimate while we continue refining all the details. From there, we develop cabinetry layouts, material selections, finish specifications, and product recommendations, always keeping your budget and project goals in mind.

We present the completed design for your review and work through a consolidated round of feedback to ensure every finish, fixture, and design decision feels exactly right.

Once approved, your design becomes more than a vision. It becomes a detailed roadmap. Comprehensive drawings and specifications provide a clear reference for your contractor and trades, helping keep construction accurate, efficient, and aligned with the approved design while final selections are completed.

Before construction begins, you, your contractor, and UV Design Co meet to review the completed design, final selections, project timeline, and overall investment. This collaborative meeting ensures everyone is aligned before work begins and gives you confidence that the project scope and budget reflect the agreed-upon plan.

From there, Ute’s team oversees product specification and procurement, coordinating with vendors, confirming orders, and tracking deliveries so every detail arrives when it's needed and your project continues moving forward smoothly.
